I hate to part with this! Found at estate sale. Absolutely perfect circa late 60/early 70s. Empire waist, the velvet green ribbon is coming off in one spot (shown, easy fix) bell sleeves, zips up back, fully lined with at least 2 inches hem to let out (shown). No size, I would say a 2 shoulders 14.5" shoulder to sleeve hem 22" green belt to bottom hem 42". Not dry cleaned or pressed. Ask questions before purchasing - it's vintage!
