plain_simple@barbiegirlcass Hi!! It definitely goes around the elbow fine. I can put it on my shoulder but it’s tight. So I think it would depend on your arm and shoulder size, but I don’t think it’s meant to be worn that way. They have straps you can buy to replace the one that’s on it.
