I think you might be saying that you outseam is 37.5, just because I’m 5’9” with really long legs and I take a 34”-35” inseam (which is longer than my 6’7” cousin wears lol). So maybe what you could do is measure a pair of your pants from the crotch to the hem just to double check. All the measurements are in the description so you can compare.
