modadollz @branieri Small is almost 20" across with stretch to almost 30", Medium is about 21" across with approc.stretch to 31". Large approx 22" across with stretch to almost 32" Hand measurements vary slightly. I suggest the medium based on the info you provided or purchase in the size you normally wear as it is true to size for style.
