This is such a beautiful silk maxi dress made in the 90s by Designer Cynthia Howie that looks as if it were designed for Mary Crawley. It has a squared neckline, slight shoulder pads, quarter length sleeves and intricate crocheted and shiny glass beaded detailing, a black velvet tie.
