They are cut full stem, with all of the foliage included. These look TERRIFIC hanging upside down, as is, from pegs, etc. as farmhouse decor. They could also be cut, and used for wreaths or other floral arrangement or crafts. They have not been sprayed with anything, so they still have their aromas. All we have done is pick them, and hang them to dry. So they're 100% natural.
