NWOT Speechless semi-formal dress sz. 5

Beautiful semi-formal strapless dress with a pleated heart shape top. It’s navy blue with stylish rhinestone embellishments across the front. It has a flowy layered look and is just the right length in shortness. The back zips up with a keyhole opening and the dress on is absolutely adorable. Bought it for my daughter but she never wore it.
