lovenushuz@my2pitbulls the cape has two arm holes to put your arms through, so they aren’t actually sleeves. The way I would wear the cape is so that the top layer would drape long over my arms. The 2nd photo is a stock photo of the actual item, but the model has the cape pushed back. I hope this helped 🤗❤️
