@girlbiker can fit both it says Xs but with the ties in the side it can be adjusted less tight if you need more hip width or tighter for smaller plus it’s a thongs there is no material covering the buttocks so therefore the only thing that’s really mattering is the width of your hips I am a small or extra small I hope this helps
