sweetstacks@chailatte95 These do hit a little above the belly button (although I’m a shortie)... for the size Small.. front rise measures about 8.5” and the back rise 9”. The waist laying flat is 12” but can stretch to 15”. Skirt length is 13”. Hope that helps. 😘
