nolas_closet@ouhwee Hi, it does. I would go with the small. I put it on my mannequin bust which is a 2-4 and it fits perfectly. It is a soft stretchy jersey knit and the tie waist makes it adjustable. The waist on my mannequin is 26ā€ and the bust is 33ā€. Hope that helps. Let me know if you have more questions šŸ˜ŠšŸŒø

nolas_closet@tslcloset Measurements for the large lying flat are approx 16ā€ Waist, 19ā€ bust, Length approx 43ā€ shoulder to hem. Since itā€™s a wrap dress the waist is adjustable so I measure from seam to seam. The dress is super soft and light. Hope that helps šŸ˜ŠšŸŒø
