summerluv76 Does this fit true to size 25? My other 25’s are between 13” to 13.5” when you measure straight across the top of the waist (while laying the item flat). Thanks☺️🙏🏻

kaittllyyn17 @tscousin this skirt is high waisted so it is a bit smaller at the top than at the waist. The top of the skirt is 12.5 and then right under where the waist hits it is 13 :)
