styledbuyv @shoegirl1983 both are 28.5" long. The waist is flowy and small is a 20" waist laying flat and medium is 21" laying flat.

styledbuyv @shoegirl1983 I accept exchanges but it's very pricey for the buyer. You would contact me directly, ship back to me at your own expensive (which is about $7) and then you would have to buy a new label through me which costs a total of $9.50. I have no control over that price unfortunately. So it would cost you $16.50 for a new size exchange. What size are you normally? These are women's sizing not juniors. I am a 4/6 and small fits me perfectly.
