Beautiful and elegant gown for any occasion! Fully sequenced top with cap sleeve and tulle skirt with three large tiered ruffles that flatter any body! The cutest part is the satin belt that is tied into a ribbon in the back. Silver zipper back. Dress is a size 2, but I normally wear a 0 and it fit perfectly. Shortened for 5'4" with 3" heels.
