White House Black Market WHBM Sz 2 Top Formal

This beautiful top from WHBM is brand new with tags, but does have a small flaw. There is a tiny hole under the arm (see 3rd pic for details). Other than that, it's in brand new perfect condition. It's a size 2. Top measures 16" from armpit to armpit and length is about 14".
