modamecouture@jsully8228 HI DOLL, a medium is normally considered an 8/10. Our customers have loved this piece and all have be pleased with the fit. 5 stars all around. The bust on a medium is about 17" across with stretch to approx 20" across (button closed) Waist is approx 15" across with stretch to 18" across when button closed.
