msdarrkmpThese do not run true to size! I received my order a couple of days ago and need to see about exchanging them!!! I ordered a youth size 2, and they are comparable in size to my daughter’s outgrown size 13 shoes!! How do I request an exchange?

Apr 01Reply

shoeroom21@msdarrkmp yes they do not ruling true to size. They run small as per description. No exchange in posh mark but I can do this for you but the problem is that I don’t have the size available.

Apr 01Reply

shoeroom21@msdarrkmp

Apr 01Reply

msdarrkmp@shoeroom21 I don’t see in the description where it says they run small. But in the comments, someone asked if they run true to size, and you answered “yes”. I’m happy to return or exchange them. We love them so much! But I would need a size 4 youth

Apr 01Reply

msdarrkmpOh, sorry: I see it now where it says to order a size up. Is there anything we can do?

Apr 01Reply

shoeroom21@msdarrkmp I just tagged you in the listing which I have size 3. Size 4 I sold out in all colors

Apr 01Reply

msdarrkmp@shoeroom21 will you be getting in more? We really won’t need them until the fall

Apr 01Reply

shoeroom21@msdarrkmp I’ll get more before fall for sure and I will get more styles as well. You don’t need to worry I will exchange them for you once I do.

Apr 01Reply

msdarrkmp@shoeroom21 thanks for tagging me. We also liked the gold star ones. I’ll talk to my daughter about it. And I appreciate you working with me. And I wasn’t trying to be rude or difficult at all!!! I posted about them running small so nobody makes the same mistake I did. We were just so disappointed because she wanted them so much because they match a pair of mine. They really are super cute and a GREAT quality! And you shipped them SUPER FAST!!! I did give you a 5 star rating 😉

Apr 01Reply

msdarrkmp@shoeroom21 thank you so much! When do you expect to receive more? Do I just need to keep checking back? And save the ones I have so I can ship them back to you?

Apr 01Reply

shoeroom21@msdarrkmp no worries at all. I want you to be happy about your purchase. If you decided to exchange for the gold star ones I can do it now but if you want the same exact one I will get them around August and you can keep the ones you have until I have the new sizes on hand

Apr 01Reply

msdarrkmp@shoeroom21 sounds great! Thank you so very much! I will keep the tags on them, and the box, so they will be returned to you still brand new

Apr 01Reply

shoeroom21@msdarrkmp sounds good! Have a great day
