sugarshack633@elle300 it is snug through the arm the small is a true small. This has a little stretch but not much. It wears very well I wear mine often and it looks new.

sugarshack633@elle300 on you yes it would. I’m 5 4 1/2 and it hits at the lower part of my knee in the med. all lengths are the same.
