y3ng@oliviaflanagan the large box comes with either more items in it or name brand items. boxes with 8 or more items will have regular brands like pacsun, gap, or nike and boxes with 5 or more items will have brands like calvin klein, ralph lauren, or j. crew. the small box comes with 5 or more items with regular brands :) hope this helps!
