dgearhart04@labohemenoire Hello... I received my order from you today. But it is not the correct shoes. What do I do? Never had this happen before.

Aug 15Reply

labohemenoire@dgearhart04 hi, I’m sorry apparently I mixed up your order with another one. I think you will have to open a case with Poshmark to get a refund. I’m very sorry for the mix up. I’ll see if I can do anything on my end.

Aug 16Reply

dgearhart04@labohemenoire I would love to get the correct shoes! I was so excited to get them today.

Aug 16Reply

wren87I'm a little confused about my order. I only received it from the Post Office yesterday morning, but since the tracking showed it had been 3 days it got marked as delivered even though they hadn't let me have it. Then when I tried them on, I found that they are actually size 7, even though the listing said 6.5, so they are too big for me to wear. Is there anything we can do here? Did the wrong pair get sent to me?

Sep 11Reply

labohemenoire@wren87 I only had that pair. Where does it say that the shoes are a size 7?

Sep 12Reply

labohemenoire@wren87 I’m sorry about the issues with the post office. But after I ship them, there is not much I can do as far as tracking is concerned.

Sep 12Reply

wren87@labohemenoire Inside on the tongue it says "Men's 5, Wo's 7".

Sep 12Reply

wren87@labohemenoire I know the PO doesn't have anything to do with you, it's just that Postmark could't understand that when a post office hasn't finished sorting and then is closed for 2 days, I don't have access to the package. Then they released it on me, so I couldn't report the problem to you. I don't know what to do about it now...

Sep 12Reply

labohemenoire@wren87 I’ve honestly never had to dispute anything with Poshmark, so I can’t tell you for sure what to do in this situation. Maybe start by writing them and explaining the situation. I’m happy to help if I can.

Sep 12Reply

wren87Thanks, I'll give it a try.
