Express Portofino Love blouse shirt dress & belt S

This is the popular Portofino style button down from Express, but in a versatile shirtdress! Convertible sleeves can be worn long or 3/4 length. I always wear them up but just noticed one cuff button is broken off a bit, but still works. The print has stripes and "Love" in a romantic script. Lined to prevent seeing through. Purchased at a sample sale, inside it lightly says Sample, but this doesn't show at all while wearing it. Size small.
