karasullivan4@jess00926 they do run true to size but I'm a 7 and fit into the 7 and the 7.5 but to be honest I like how the 7 fit better 😢where the opening is in the sides it fits a bit bigger if you size up ... if your a true 8 in everything I would say pass on these if your in between then you would size up the half a size
