What are the dimensions? Any damage on bottom or handles ?

@christindiane3 7.5 inches tall and 11 inches long. No damages to to the handles or the base. I've never placed it on the ground other than carpet. There is one thing I do have to disclose that isn't pictured. On the back side there is a slight blemish of blue from rubbing on jeans. It's not noticeable unless you are looking for it.
