shopnixx@rlcamejo hi girl!! It sits normal on the waist but can be pulled up or down as desired. The waist sitting flat is 14", and it stretches to 18". The hips are about 18" laying flat, and stretch to about 21", and the thigh of one leg is 9" laying flat and stretches to about 12". Hope this helps!!!

shopnixx@pattycupcakes1 the small would be a more fitted look (the model is the photos is wearing a small). The suit is definitely slim fit tho, so I wouldn't necessarily say that the medium would be baggie- just a little roomier. Just depends what kind of look you are going for.
