NWT Ark & Co short sleeve tie front sheath dress

Black ribbon at waist and pleating at bust. Never worn (except to try on) and still has tags. Back zip closure. There is a small amount of stress/ pulling on some threads near the bust (see third pic), however it isn't very noticeable- I noticed it when searching carefully for any flaws:). Size small. See photos for approximate measurements in inches. Length measurement is from shoulder to hem. All offers considered. Don't forget to bundle and save.
