Fashion History Show & Tell: Frida Kahlo Wardrobe! Many of Frida's pieces were commissioned by the artist, based on traditional Mexican motifs, traditional dress & festival costume, featuring intricate embroidery, (like much of contemporary popular embroidered fashions) - from the Jacques & Natasha Getman Collection, touring exhibit shown in the USA at The Phoenix Museum of Southwest History and Art.

@r_marleeene21 Lovin' the Frida frocks! Yes! I was helping an artist install a show in Phoenix and had the great pleasure to see this exhibit. It was the only city in the US to show the collection before it went abroad! Cheers! Amy 🌹
