stylesforu@lmcdani2 Hello. From heel to tip of the toe it measures 23 cm. It is about 7cm wide at the middle part. I’m a true 5.5 as well and this shoe fits me perfectly. If you have wide feet or plan on wearing socks then maybe go with the size 6.
