Can you give me the hip measurement for extra large these look really small they do not have zippers right just shift dresses

I ordered my his item very disappointed the style is cute but the sizing is way off and he material is very thin like a lining material but I've decided to just accept them rather have h n sp be more time with this case as I should have been more careful . I rarely complain but these dresses are not quality
