smartposh @readinglover13 Please accept my apology as I accidentally put your shipping label on another buyers package. So your shirt went there. I’ve reached out to her to forward your shirt to you using the prepaid shipping. However I haven’t heard back. I also reached out to poshmark, who sent her the prepaid label and asked her to forward your shirt. I hope she will do the right thing and send it. As it stands right now, she has your shirt and hers.

smartposh @readinglover13 I got a note from poshmark that gave me a tracking number, and I assumed they sent one to you too. If I had known they didn’t I would have updated you myself. readinglover13 @smartposh yes I received this tracking number as well. It has not been updated since the 13th and only says that the shipping label was created and has not been sent to the post office yet. At this point if it is not coming I would like to request a refund.

smartposh @readinglover13 I sent the other buyer a message over and over and she finally answered me last night. She said she didn’t get a shipping label, and as soon as she got one she would ship it. So I told her to check her spam or junk mail. Then I sent posh another email asking them to resend a label to her. I have not heard back from them, but I will be happy to issue a refund. I’ll have to go through poshmark to do that since they hold the funds until a buyer gets the item. I’ll email them now.
