I agree think easy to install half rubber this designer soles are very sensitive &delicate would dramatically improve value or if not half rubber soles even do they do come in all different color try reaching out to leather spa NYC they could refurbished soles to look brand new I took my boots of same brand they made them look as new u can send them pict they will send you quotes to refurbish perhaps check them out beautiful shoes Vanya nyc
