Hi! If Iβm a full C/small D would the medium be a better fit for this dress?

@jsummers3 I would definitely size up for more room in the top. The medium has a bust measurement of 19". However when I measured it, I also noticed on one of the buttons, one side of the strings that holds the button (at the top of the neck) had broke. Just so you know:)
