This romper is too cute, and comfy. It has long laced bell sleeves. The lace is skin showing on the arms. It has a v neck. With a strap tie bow, and a key hole underneath. A elastic waist band on the back portion. Approx inseam 2.5". A crocheted hem. It is very well made and is double lined. Made from high quality polyester def feels like cotton True to your size. Navy blue.
