{Urban Outfitters} Kimchi Blue Strapless Dress

Urban Outfitters Kimchi Blue Black strapless dress with flowers printed on bottom half. Scrunchy top with zipper on left side that goes about 1/3 way down dress. Lined top to help stay up when wearing. **Clasp near zipper is very loose (needs a stitch or two to stay put) and some grey/white tiny vertical lines on dress (see last pic) but not noticeable when on.** Lined w/black fabric so not see through. Approx measurements when flat 28" bust 26" length
