The model has it kind of off shoulders yet the picture where it is flat, looks like is a regular collar—is it?

@tracied1 hi! I will have to put it on to be sure. I think it’s more of a normal neck but it does go out a bit on the shoulders if I remember correctly. I will check but it will be this evening or tomorrow.
