penelopeboutik@kimbywynne I’m sorry about the delayed response, the bust area a bit tighter since it’s meant to be worn “without a bra” but these are the measurements.. a Small is 33” in bust and the medium is 36” you can always adjust the back straps that will tighter or loosen up the bust area so depending on your bust size.. you mention B cup so a medium would work best if your 32/34B
