Eye and hook closure all the way down. Some hooks might need to be replaced or reinforced. Pretty paisley design along front. Black on black! Moved to Florida from NY and don’t need it anymore! suumbia@tgoldnred sorry for the delayed response! Okay so the measurement across the chest, armpit to armpit with the coat closed, it measures 21 and 1/2 inches. So I guess that’s 43 inches around. I’m also 5’5” and usually wear a size 10/11 and it fit me comfortably but I also have a large bust (36DD). I did wear it in NY and it was VERY warm. Too bad I’m in Florida now and have no more use for it! Hope this helps! Xoxo 💋

suumbia@robertam32090 I would say it runs true to size. I usually wear a size Large in tops and I’m fairly large chested (36DD) and you can see how it closes on me in the last pic.
