Does this run true to size? Some boutique items I am finding run really really small. Also.... is the fabric cotton or what? Thank you. :)

@traderven Hi! Some boutique items do run small, but these are definitely true to size! I can check fabric shortly. I know there's some Spandex because there's quite a bit of stretch! On this, small fits 2/4, medium fits 6/8, and large fits 10/12 😊
