bestyledbybritt @toni209 Hi girl! I think these are true to size- with nice stretch. I think you would like the fit of the size small best. Small is best for 0-4 in these. If you want a pair I can make you a new listing since it's discounted shipping time again. ☺️ They are amazing in person!

bestyledbybritt @curliesshop The inseam on the M is about 23.5". You'd want the small. I think the M would feel too loose and wouldn't be the nice compression fit you'd want for workouts.
