lsharp6489 @tina_shev no I do that when an item is shipped and on its way to me to be sold. Then when it arrives I drop the price so that everyone who has liked it will get a notification and also discounted shipping

lsharp6489 @skbrewer1992 unfortunately no, not always. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. It's weird. Like yesterday I put all my Boutique items on sale and on the items that I've had posted for a while it didn't offer discounted shipping but it did on the newer items.

lsharp6489 @skbrewer1992 and I bought something the other day from a seller and when she dropped the price it gave me free shipping and I've never seen that before! I do know that if you drop the price by at least 10% it will send a notification to anyone who has liked the item and most of the time it will offer the discounted shipping.
