styledbuyv@egabriellemoran hi there. This is supposed to be slightly flowy. The length is 57" but adjustable with the straps to be higher or lower. The bust is 38" circumference and the waist is 40" it's supposed to be flowy in the waist to tie the sash. 💕 it's absolutely breathtakingly gorgeous in person.
