Wind and water resistant shell that quickly converts into a vest! Semi-form fitting. One pocket on the bottom back & thumb hooks for your hands. Sleeves are one piece that unzip by collar. First image for reference of fit only. Item for sale is black - lighting in photo just makes it look blue or gray. Also note - two small scuffs on bottom front, see photo for reference. Is this true to size or could it fit a larger size small, almost a medium?

@deerands3 I'd say because of the fit, it runs a little on the smaller side. I'm a true medium in most items and it feels almost too snug to me. So yes, it would probably work!
