As you can see in the photo, the bodice is stretchy material, so I'm providing your measurements accordingly (size medium) - Bust (unstretched): 11.5 inches (stretched fully): 22 inches / Length: 48 inches. Lots of wiggle room with the top as material is so giving! ☺️ I'd say the size medium best fits a women's 2/4/6.
