Spaghetti straps, V neck with ruffle design and on shoulder. Dress has a wrap skirt design at waist with a tie strap, so waist is somewhat adjustable. (One side has a belt loop and other side has a specific button hole that the tie straps loop through). Fabric is polyester cotton blend, light and breezy, perfect for summer. Fabric has palm tree leaves design. Dress is unlined, may want to wear a slip underneath.
