happyorganics @lilman102113 Good Morning, Rachel! Thank you for stopping by and for your questions. The medium should fit a size 8. There are thick cups on the inside sonyou woudlnt need a bra, but depending on your. Yay size you might want one for extra support. There is a silicone type lining in the top Bust area that helps it stay in place, but I always recommend double sided tape as an extra precaution if you are planning on doing a lot of dancing :) I hope this helps! :)
