rachelsboutique@katelynesche no try on pic, but it fit the mannequin well & it’s about 27”. Has some stretch so might work for a 29” waist, but I think it might be too short if you’re 5’10”? It’s 30” from the shoulder. Lmk if I can help with any other questions ☺️
