This is a gorgeous, new with tags dress from Nine West! It is called Night Out in Paris and you can see why - it is pure elegance! It has a beautiful, pleated scoop neckline and an attached ivory/off-white sash that you can tie either in front or back - I have shown it both ways in the photos. It has a hidden side zip, it falls below the knees, and the fabric has beautiful swing.
