NWT Rouched Dress built in Bustier Gorgeous Fabric

NWT Dress by La Femme in black, vertical and diagonal rouching throughout, built in Bustier, fully lined, and made very well. Top fabric is a stretchy somewhat see thru fabric and under fabric is solid black tighter, and holds you in. Do not mind what the size says.
