NWOT Velvet black FLORAL SKIRT urban outfitters

BRAND NEW Never worn!! Very cute skirt from Urban outfitters. Brand on tag is listed as "ecote" but bought from urban :) Black velvety material with floral print skirt. Super cute!!! Got it when it came out at urban. Unfortunately not my size anymore and i never got to wear it when it was so decided to let it go :( NOTE - This skirt is NWOT not NWT - just put both for visibility :) never worn brand new condition!! I just don’t have the tag attached :)
