@katrineee sadly no, but the buckle feature is super easy to get on and off and is adjustable as well! They are more comfortable to me personally because the ankle part can be adjusted to your liking ππ hope that helps!

@oceanbythesea11 awww thanks babe! Not weird at all π I have extremely muscular legs naturally because I was D1 track athlete in college but now I workout 2-4 times a week doing HIT workouts! If you google them there will be workouts to explain what that is but it is the best type of workouts to burn calories and build muscle. The biggest thing is staying consistent!

@oceanbythesea11 ! I book HIT workout classes at my gym and they charge me if I miss a class so I am forced to go π but still just having them on my schedule makes it easier for me to go! I try to remember it is only 1/24th of my day and it will benefit me if I go! I hope that helps! π
