What is the brand?

@classicsouthern my mom travels all over the world, bought this for me and my niece abroad. The label reads "Ruidiya", I am sad to say that she passed away a year ago, so I am not sure where she bought it, it was shown on Kate Middleton and I am my mom's princess 👑,as she is my angel. Dress is in great shape, worn once.

@classicsouthern chest is 34, waist is 30, hips 35, length is 37in from waist. It is a slim fit, I typically wear a size 4/6 petite and it was a good fit. Hope this helps!
